Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking a maintenance staff member for our Johnstown, PA community. You will complete work orders, perform repairs to ready apartments for move-ins, and organize maintenance supplies.

The role covers plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, equipment repair, snow removal, and landscaping as needed, with a pay range of $13–$15 per hour. We offer a comprehensive benefits plan including health, dental, vision, retirement benefits, disability coverage, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• No experience required, although general mechanical and/or electrical knowledge is preferred.
• Clear and positive communication to everybody you encounter.

Job Description

• Complete work orders around the community.

• Complete general maintenance projects, including installations and repairs involving plumbing, electrical equipment, carpentry, painting, equipment repair, snow removal, and landscaping.
• Hourly Pay Range: $13-$15.00.
