Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking a full-time Maintenance role in Arlington, VA. The position focuses on ensuring building upkeep, completing work orders, and preparing apartments for move-ins.

Responsibilities include performing repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and landscaping, plus ordering supplies. A positive, independent work style and effective communication are valued.

Qualifications

• No experience is necessary, although general mechanical and/or electrical knowledge is preferred.

Salary $22 per hour - Full Time
