Senior Lifestyle is seeking a Maintenance Assistant for Park Creek Place of North Wales. This full-time role runs 8 AM–4 PM with weekend and on-site coverage as required, focusing on upkeep, safety, and resident comfort.

You will manage routine work orders and prepare apartments for move-ins while coordinating supplies and basic repairs. No experience is required, though general mechanical or electrical knowledge is a plus.

In this role you will ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the building through routine procedures and special work orders.

• Complete work orders around the community.
