Position Description: The primary responsibility of Maintenance Assistant is to ensure all vacated apartments are thoroughly restored to market ready status, and that service requests are completed in a timely manner. Assumes the responsibilities of the Lead Maintenance in their absence.

Working Conditions An occupational exposure to blood or other potentially infectious materials can be expected. May be asked to clean up bodily fluids with appropriate training and personal protective equipment provided. Physical Requirements CONSTANTLY: standing/walking, bending/stooping/squatting, pushing/pulling, grasping/gripping, reaching above the shoulder, climbing, lifting between 0 and 25 pounds. FREQUENTLY: coordination of hand/eye/foot, finger dexterity, lifting between 26 and 50 pounds. May be required to provide coverage/help at other supportive housing communities as needed
Compensation $20.14/hour
