Job summary

The Morgan Group is seeking a Maintenance position to supervise a team, monitor building systems, and maintain property safety and cleanliness. Responsibilities include ensuring safety compliance, coordinating preventive maintenance, and keeping vacant units market-ready.

Qualifications

Experience supervising maintenance staff.
Knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
Ability to read and follow Manuals and Handbooks.
Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team.

Responsibilities

Supervise a team of maintenance staff to perform tasks safely and deliver customer service.
Monitor building systems (fire, electrical, security, elevators) and report hazards to Community Manager.
Maintain a safe workplace and train staff on safety procedures.
Perform preventive maintenance on building interiors/exteriors, pools, HVAC, lighting, and related equipment.
Respond to service requests within 24 hours and ensure timely completion.
Keep vacant units market-ready within 7 days and manage inventory of tools and supplies.
