As a member of our Maintenance team, your role will include keeping the Assisted Living Community, surrounding buildings, and grounds in clean and orderly condition. You will maintain furnaces, air-conditioners, and boilers to provide heat, cool air, and hot water for residents. Responsibilities include performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical, wiring, and other related maintenance activities using hand tools. You will replace air-conditioner filters, complete the Monthly Maintenance checklist, assist with disaster preparedness including fire and disaster drills, and notify management concerning the need for major repairs or replacements to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment. Additionally, you will clean snow and debris from sidewalks and grounds, oversee landscaping services, mow lawns, trim shrubbery, and cultivate flowers using hand tools and power tools.
- Minimum of 18 years of age with a High School diploma or equivalent.
