What You’ll Do

• Keep Things Running: Assist with maintenance and repairs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and facility systems.
• Stay Ahead of Issues: Perform routine inspections to catch and fix maintenance concerns before they become problems.
• Respond Quickly: Address maintenance requests efficiently and professionally to keep things running smoothly.
• General Upkeep: Handle painting, carpentry, and groundskeeping to maintain a clean and inviting space.
• Vendor Coordination: Work with the Maintenance Manager to schedule and oversee outside contractors when needed.
• Prioritize Safety: Follow safety protocols and regulations to keep the environment secure for residents, staff, and visitors.
