Job Description

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Assistant/Driver to help us at our beautiful Wauwatosa location. As the Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner, in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, along with our established policies and procedures. This position will work in all areas of our campus.

Responsibilities

1. Check fire alarms, drywall repair, minor plumbing and electrical repairs, heating and cooling, and appliance troubleshooting.
2. Inspect, operate, or test machinery or equipment to diagnose malfunctions.
3. Perform routine maintenance, such as inspecting drives, motors, or belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, or doing other preventive maintenance actions.
4. Inspect or review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes or other regulations.
5. Inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment routinely to determine the necessity of repairs or maintenance.

Requirements

• Two years of previous building maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
