Job summary

Continuing Healthcare Solutions in Wintersville, OH is seeking a maintenance technician to service our health care facility. You’ll tackle plumbing repairs, electrical work, carpentry tasks, and general upkeep to ensure resident safety and comfort.

• Carry out electrical and carpentry tasks as needed to ensure facility upkeep.

Experience and Skills

We are looking for a candidate, preferably with previous experiencein the healthcare environment with knowledge of plumbing repairs suchas, unplugging toilets, repairing washers and dryers, replacing brokenpipes/water lines, maintain and replace light bulbs, electricaloutlets and replace wiring in various equipment used by the facility.Must have a valid driver license, high school education preferred, 1-2years experience in a related field, knowledge of plumbing,electrical, and carpentry is required!
