Job summary

Complete Care at Wall is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to help keep the facility safe, comfortable, and well-maintained for residents. You will perform repairs and preventive maintenance, supporting a compassionate team dedicated to quality of life.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a group.
• Computer knowledge is required.
• Long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
• Troubleshoot building mechanical problems.

Responsibilities

• Perform miscellaneous repairs, scheduled, and preventative maintenance on equipment ensuring satisfactory operations.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems, heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems.
• Follow established safety rules, policies, and procedures of the maintenance department.
• Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Director and Administrator.
