Job summary

Complete Care at Wall is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to keep our facility safe and comfortable for residents. You'll perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and basic electrical/heating/ventilating tasks, while following safety rules and working with the Maintenance Director.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, can work independently or with a team, and possesses basic computer knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a group.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Troubleshoot building mechanical problems.

Responsibilities

• Perform miscellaneous repairs and scheduled or preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Work with electrical systems and HVAC equipment in the facility.
• Follow safety rules, policies, and procedures of the maintenance department.
• Support the Maintenance Director and Administrator with other duties as assigned.
