Job summary

Complete Care at Severna Park is seeking a Maintenance Assistant for a full-time daytime position in Severna Park, MD. The role requires troubleshooting mechanical problems, performing repairs, and preventative maintenance on equipment to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot building mechanical problems.
• Perform miscellaneous repairs, scheduled, and preventative maintenance on equipment ensuring satisfactory operations.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems, various heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems.
• Follow established safety rules, policies, and procedures of the maintenance department.
• Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Director and Administrator.
