Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance work promptly and to high standards to enhance guest experience
• Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and electrical regulations during repairs
• Respond promptly to maintenance enquiries
• Perform repairs with appropriate PPE
• Maintain green areas and car parks as applicable
• Follow preventative maintenance schedules
• Maintain good relationships with customers and contractors
• Implement energy conservation initiatives
• Follow COSHH regulations for hazardous substances
• Attend relevant training sessions
