Quakertown Veterinary Clinic is a 24/7 Emergency Clinic that sees Large Animal, Small Animal, and Exotic patients, as well as general practice cases. We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will perform various tasks to support our maintenance staff, including building furniture, painting, fixing light fixtures, and attending to broken equipment around the hospital.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform daily inspections of buildings and spaces, including structural safety assessments.
2. Shovel and plow snow, salt sidewalks and parking lots.
3. Paint, sand, and repair facilities as needed.
4. Perform landscaping duties such as mowing, trimming trees, and planting flowers.
5. Maintain positive and cooperative relationships with other employees.
6. Maintain a professional appearance.
7. Perform other duties as required by hospital needs.
