Sagora's The Brennity at Vero Beach in Florida is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support the Maintenance Director in keeping the community and equipment in good working order.

You will perform routine tasks such as changing light bulbs, AC filters, painting, plumbing, and carpentry, while helping maintain grounds, pools, and common areas. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and resident-first service.

Qualifications

• 6 months of work experience maintaining residential properties or similar environments.
• Experience with sheetrock, carpentry, plumbing, painting, and replacing light fixtures.
