FPCR is seeking a practical Maintenance Assistant to support the Site Manager at Lockington. You will help with decoration, upkeep and a range of DIY tasks to keep the hall and grounds well maintained and welcoming for staff and visitors.
This hands-on role requires pride in workmanship, reliability and the ability to work with contractors. Flexible hours (21–35 per week) and no specialist electrical or plumbing qualifications required.

We are looking for a practical, reliable and enthusiastic Maintenance Assistant to support the Site Manager with the decoration, general upkeep and maintenance of our Lockington office and grounds.
The role will involve a variety of practical tasks, including general DIY, decorating and helping to prepare and maintain the hall and wider site. This will include painting and decorating, moving furniture, putting up fixtures and fittings, basic repairs and improvements, and helping with general maintenance around the building and grounds.
You will work closely with the Site Manager, assisting with day‑to‑day tasks and helping to ensure the site is well maintained, safe, tidy and welcoming for staff and visitors.
This is a varied and hands‑on role, which would suit someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in their surroundings and is happy to turn their hand to a range of different jobs.
No specialist electrical, plumbing or other trade qualifications are required.
