Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Redmond, WA is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to help keep our community safe, clean, and well-functioning for residents and staff.

You will perform routine tasks, handle basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, fixtures), assist with painting, HVAC and safety checks, and support daily operations while following OSHA and infection control standards.

• Participate in emergency preparedness and fire drills.
• Drive community vehicle as assigned.

Pay Range: 23.75 - 29.80
