Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Wilton, CT is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to help keep our community safe, clean, and well-functioning for residents and staff. You will perform a variety of maintenance tasks and manage routine repairs to ensure a welcoming living environment.

You will complete work orders, assist with painting, support HVAC and mechanical systems, conduct safety checks, and participate in emergency drills.

What You’ll Do

• Complete assigned maintenance tasks and work orders

• Perform preventative maintenance and safety checks


• Maintain tools, equipment, and repair inventory


• Support carpet and floor care as needed


• Assist with suite “make-ready” preparation


• Follow OSHA, fire safety, and infection control standards


• Participate in emergency preparedness and fire drills


• Drive community vehicle as assigned

You play a key role in safety, compliance, and day-to-day building operations.

Pay Range

21.30 - 26.70
