Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience preferred.
• General knowledge of building systems and repair techniques.
• Ability to safely operate maintenance tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily maintenance and repair of the facility and grounds.
• Complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and HVAC maintenance.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
• Assist with room setups, furniture moves, and equipment repairs.
• Maintain the exterior grounds, including seasonal maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with life safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with all departments to support resident care and facility operations.
