Complete Care is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Assistant to join our team in Wisconsin. The role involves Troubleshooting building mechanical problems and performing repairs, with on-call duties included, Monday through Friday 1st shift.

Applicants should have a maintenance apprenticeship or equivalent, experience in basic repair (plumbing, carpentry, painting), and a High School Diploma or equivalent. The position offers opportunities for growth in a compassionate care setting.

Qualifications

• Maintenance apprenticeship desirable.
• Previous long-term care experience is desirable.
• Experience in basic repair and maintenance such as plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently or part of a group.
• Computer knowledge.
• Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot building mechanical problems.
• Perform miscellaneous repairs, scheduled, and preventative maintenance on equipment ensuring satisfactory operations.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems, various heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems.
• Follow established safety rules, policies, and procedures of the maintenance department.
• On-call duty
• Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Director and Administrator.
