Job summary

Vineyard Post Acute is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Assistant to keep our facility safe, comfortable, clean, and welcoming for residents and staff. You’ll assist with general maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects alongside the Maintenance Director.

You should be reliable, hands‑on, with basic tools experience, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. This role offers flexible hours as needed in a skilled nursing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general maintenance, repairs, and facility improvement projects.

• Perform basic painting, patching, assembly, moving, and other hands‑on tasks.
• Assist with maintaining resident rooms, common areas, equipment, and outdoor areas.
• Help keep the facility clean, organized, safe, and in good working condition.
• Respond to maintenance needs and complete tasks in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow all safety procedures and facility policies.
• Work cooperatively with the Maintenance Director and other members of the facility team.

Are you a hands‑on, dependable person who enjoys fixing things, tackling projects, and keeping things in great shape? We're looking for a Part‑Time Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Vineyard Post Acute!

You'll work alongside our Maintenance Director and assist with projects and repairs as needed to help keep our facility safe, comfortable, clean, and welcoming for our residents and staff.

What You’ll Do
