Position: Maintenance Assistant

Up to $20 per hour depending on experience!

We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support our Maintenance Technician with routine maintenance and repairs. Qualifications:

1. One (1) year of maintenance experience preferred
2. Technical school education preferred
3. Current license/certificate and/or specialized skills in at least one of the following trades: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, fire protection, or mechanical
4. Understanding of OSHA, fire prevention, and safety regulations
5. Ability to respond to emergency calls outside scheduled hours
6. Flexible schedule and ability to handle multiple priorities
7. Effective written and verbal communication skills
8. Strong organizational and time management skills
9. Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
10. Enjoy working with seniors
