Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to help maintain a safe and well-functioning community for residents and staff. You will complete work orders, perform basic repairs, and support preventative maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general facilities tasks.

The role includes painting/refurbishing projects, tool inventory management, and participation in safety drills.

Qualifications

• Performs routine maintenance tasks and repairs according to work orders.
• Familiar with plumbing, electrical systems, appliances and fixtures.
• Carrying out painting and refurbishing projects as needed.
• Supports HVAC, water, and mechanical system maintenance.
• Performs preventative maintenance and safety checks.
