Charming Lakes Rehabilitation in Lakeland, FL is seeking a dependable Maintenance Assistant to help keep the facility and grounds safe, functional, and welcoming for residents, staff, and visitors. This is a full-time position with a pay range of $20–$23 per hour.

You will perform a variety of maintenance tasks, operate hand and power tools, and participate in groundskeeping and seasonal upkeep. A safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and team-oriented attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in basic maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and flooring.
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
