Job summary

Excelsior Care Group is seeking a reliable Maintenance Assistant for Rehabilitation Center of Orlando in Orlando, FL. The role supports the Maintenance Director to keep the facility safe, clean, and well-maintained for residents, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily operations, routine repairs, HVAC and life-safety systems, and maintaining a welcoming environment for families. Minimum 2 years in maintenance, healthcare experience preferred, with attention to safety

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a healthcare or similar environment.
• Ability to work independently while following direction and feedback.
• Knowledge of basic repairs and facility maintenance.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new maintenance practices.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety, sanitation, and organization.

Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $23 – $25 per hour

Job Summary
