Overview

Join the award winning Lorien Bulle Rock Team as a Maintenance Assistant and experience first-hand, why we are more than a nursing home and assisted living company!

This is a combined position that focuses on Resident transports and general building maintenance.

Schedule: PT 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM (Mon to Fri)

Responsibilities

• Completing work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Performing routine preventive maintenance inside and outside of the building
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
• Carpentry experience, preferred
• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Must have the ability to handle a physical workload
• Light plumbing experience
• Light electrical experience
• Must be detail-oriented, highly-motivated, and a self-starter
• Enthusiastic
• Protect residents by adhering to infection control and isolation procedures and following reporting procedures
