Qualifications & Experience Requirements for Maintenance Assistant:

• Previous Experience as a Maintenance Assistant preferred.
• The primary purpose of the job position is to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, our established policies and procedures, and as directed by your supervisor, to ensure a successful maintenance program at all times.
• Must have a minimum of 1-2 years of repair experience in the following areas: Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Drywall, Painting, Water Heaters, and Mechanical Beds.
