Join our team at Riverview Rehab as a Maintenance Assistant.

Position Details:

• Full-Time
• Same Day Pay!

Responsibilities:

1. Complete daily physical rounds and inspect the facility for issues to be repaired.
2. Perform minor plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and cosmetic repairs of facility and equipment.
3. Check maintenance request logbooks and make appropriate corrections.
4. Collaborate with staff to improve the quality of residents' living quarters.
5. Perform other duties as requested by staff and supervisors, such as moving furniture, repairs, and problem-solving.

Qualifications:

• Primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine required.
• At least 1 year of general maintenance experience (painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
• Skilled nursing facility experience preferred.
