Job summary

CareCore Health LLC in Cincinnati is seeking a full-time Maintenance Assistant to support the Maintenance Director in keeping the facility safe, functional, and well-maintained for residents and staff.

You will assist with general repairs, painting, plumbing, and minor electrical tasks, respond to resident maintenance requests promptly, and help uphold building safety and compliance across the 99-bed skilled nursing facility.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of building systems and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
