Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance throughout the facility.
• Complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist with painting, repairs, and upkeep of resident rooms and common areas.
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repairs.
• Ensure the facility grounds and building remain safe, clean, and well-maintained.
• Assist with equipment inspections and maintenance schedules.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations.
• Participate in a weekly on-call rotation to address after-hours maintenance needs.
• Follow all facility safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience required; healthcare maintenance experience preferred but not required
• Working knowledge of basic plumbing, painting, carpentry, and general repairs
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be dependable and maintain excellent attendance
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment and supplies as needed
• Must successfully complete required background checks and drug screening
