Job summary

CareCore Health LLC at Margaret Hall in Cincinnati, Ohio, is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to help keep a safe, comfortable, and well-functioning environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

You will perform routine repairs, troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, conduct life safety inspections, and coordinate with outside vendors to support regulatory compliance and emergency preparedness.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or facility maintenance strongly preferred.
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Valid drivers license preferred.
• Healthcare, skilled nursing, or long-term care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine repairs and maintenance throughout the facility.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Complete preventive maintenance assignments and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct life safety inspections including fire extinguishers, exit signs, and emergency lighting.
• Perform weekly generator inspections and assist with testing activities.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations.
• Maintain facility grounds, sidewalks, and common areas.
• Work with outside vendors and contractors during inspections and repairs.
• Support emergency preparedness activities and regulatory compliance efforts.

CareCore at Margaret Hall, a 99-bed skilled nursing facility in Cincinnati, Ohio, is seeking a dependable and hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will help maintain a safe, comfortable, and well-functioning environment for our residents, visitors, and staff. If you have experience with building maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, or general repairs, we would love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Perform routine repairs and maintenance throughout the facility
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems
