Job summary

Traditions at West Park Place in Indianapolis is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to perform hands-on upkeep of the community’s building and grounds, from minor repairs to preventative tasks. Your work supports the safety, comfort, and happiness of residents in their homes.

You will assist with routine maintenance across apartments and common areas, complete work orders promptly, support preventive maintenance, and help keep mechanical and storage areas clean and safe.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance or handyman work.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and general repair skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or in a team.
• Positive attitude and respect for residents' homes.
• Willingness to be flexible with scheduling, including evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities
