In this role, you will ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the building through routine procedures and special work orders.

Job Description

1. Complete work orders around the community.
2. Perform repairs needed to ready apartments prior to move-in.
3. Order and organize maintenance supplies as needed.
4. Complete general maintenance projects, including installations and repairs involving plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, equipment repair, snow removal, and landscaping.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary; general mechanical and/or electrical knowledge is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Self-assured with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to work independently and take pride in completing projects.
