Responsibilities:

• Complete repairs, construction projects, and servicing of equipment according to manufacturers' instructions, facility policy, and under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor
• Maintain equipment and utilities in good working order; ensure facility grounds are properly maintained
• Conduct preventative maintenance, including monitoring water temperature, call lights, generator, and fire alarms

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a long-term care facility or larger institution (preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to respond to emergencies and be on-call
• Good knowledge of State Rules and Regulations
• Ability to relate positively to residents and families
• Positive Can-Do Attitude
• Excellent Attendance
