Major Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily maintenance with nursing staff during routine tasks in resident areas.
• Assist with repairs, preventive maintenance, refurbishments, and furniture/equipment moving.
• Maintain the facility grounds.
• Ensure the facility and equipment are properly maintained for resident comfort.
• Participate in safety inspections, tests, and drills as needed.
• Contribute to innovative healthcare practices by proposing improvements to systems and processes.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience as a building trade helper, apprentice, or similar preferred.
• Qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to quality work.
