Major Responsibilities:

• Coordinate maintenance services with nursing staff in resident areas.
• Assist with repairs, preventative maintenance, refurbishing, and furniture/equipment moving.
• Maintain the facility grounds.
• Ensure proper maintenance of the facility and equipment for resident comfort.
• Assist with safety inspections, tests, and drills.
• Contribute to system and process improvements for better healthcare delivery.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a building trade helper, apprentice, or similar preferred.
• Qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to quality work.
