The role entails driving continuous improvement, coordinating with plant leadership, and aligning maintenance activities with safety and KPIs.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in maintenance management within a similar industry, strong PLC, SAP, and project management experience, and a proactive approach

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or up to 3 years of college/technical training preferred.
• 5+ years as a Maintenance Manager in a similar industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a maintenance team to meet safety and performance targets.
• Develop and manage the maintenance budget and capital projects.
• Plan, schedule, and track preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Collaborate with plant leadership to achieve KPIs and annual business goals.
• Ensure facility assets and equipment meet ISO and KORE standards.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Accounting on project delivery and FATs when required.
