Job summary

Gibraltar Industries seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead the execution and upkeep of the CMMS and to drive a comprehensive asset management program. You will establish weekly PM schedules, budget for maintenance, and coordinate with vendors to ensure parts availability and timely service.

The role requires a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems, plus 10+ years in maintenance management and a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, administration or facility management.
• Minimum 10 years in a maintenance management role; strong CMMS implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution and upkeep of CMMS and maintenance schedules.
• Develop asset management program including barcoding and records.
• Establish and monitor weekly PM schedules and budget.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and manage spare parts inventory.
• Recruit, develop, and lead maintenance personnel.
• Lead EH&S audit and compliance program.
