Job summary

Rolls-Royce plc in Graniteville, SC is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to support the Maintenance Management Team in coordinating department activities, maintaining asset care plans, and ensuring LOTO and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a bachelor’s or associate degree and relevant maintenance experience, familiarity with SAP, and strong organizational skills to manage equipment records, inspections, and documentation across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or associate degree, and 2 years of experience in Maintenance engineering
• 4 years’ experience in Maintenance Engineering, Facilities Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance department activities and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and review Lockout/Tagout procedures for compliance.
• Maintain asset care plans, maintenance standards, and technical documentation.
• Manage equipment records, asset registers, and maintenance compliance records.
• Support statutory inspections, engineering inspections, and regulatory requirements.
