Eastman’s Gaston, South Carolina site is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator. This full-time, hourly role focuses on safety, LOTO package upkeep, and coordination with ALPEK and Eastman teams to plan and execute maintenance and turnarounds.

The candidate will lead daily maintenance activities, drive housekeeping, and support asset integrity programs while working with operations, maintenance, and utilities personnel in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of five years' experience in Operations or Maintenance at a manufacturing facility.
• Must be 18 years or older, have a valid driver's license, and be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Make safety the top priority every day.
• Maintain and update LOTO packages for the area.
• Coordinate with ALPEK and Eastman resources on maintenance planning and turnaround scope.
• Act as point of contact for maintenance questions from multiple groups.
• Support development of Operations Procedures and asset integrity programs.
