The Reliability Excellence Area Manager leads the Reliability and Automation Team, overseeing Reliability Engineers, Automation Technicians, Reliability Technicians, and other technical roles. This position is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve asset reliability, minimize downtime, and optimize maintenance practices. The manager ensures alignment with business goals, long‑term performance and continuous improvement across all equipment and systems.
