Qualifications

• Safety requirements and mechanical troubleshooting basics to meet minimum qualified mechanic standards.
• Successful coursework to develop required maintenance skillsets.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform preventive maintenance on bakery equipment.
• Assist in inspection and upkeep of machinery and equipment.
• Learn to repair/replace components on motors, pumps, mixers, conveyors, ovens, coolers.
• Inspect/replace belts, hoses and drive components as needed.
• Document and complete work orders accurately.
• Adhere to defined safety regulations while operating equipment.
