Job summary

Cargill is seeking a Maintenance and Reliability Supervisor in Cedar Rapids, IA. You will supervise a team responsible for deploying maintenance strategies to optimize capacity and quality, ensuring reliable operations across the region.

You will lead a crew, manage budgets, coordinate with contractors and leadership, and drive continuous improvement in maintenance and reliability practices.

Qualifications

• Four+ years of related work experience.
• At least three years implementing process excellence and reliability principles, incl. continuous improvement and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Supervise execution of equipment maintenance strategy for assets with high hazard processes.
• Lead and monitor methodologies to improve operational effectiveness per regulatory codes.
• Coordinate contractor partners and equipment support for plant operations.
• Develop area leading practices with regional/global leadership.
