Job summary

Cargill is seeking a Refrigeration Maintenance Supervisor (First Shift) to lead a team operating an industrial ammonia refrigeration system, steam boiler, and utilities. You will oversee asset integrity, coordinate training, and manage maintenance projects to meet production needs.

Preferred candidates have a related bachelor's degree and at least one year of maintenance or ammonia refrigeration experience; PSM and boiler knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• One year of directly related work experience in Maintenance or Ammonia Refrigeration.
• Knowledge of Ammonia Refrigeration, PSM, and Steam Boilers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate asset integrity and operator training for a high hazard process.
• Lead continuous improvement to meet regulatory codes and standards.
• Assist with leading contractor projects including budgeting and safety during implementation.
• Manage maintenance and repair projects, including parts ordering and budgeting.
• Perform personnel-related decisions as needed and supervise subordinate staff.
