Job summary

Cargill, Inc. in Camp Hill, PA, is seeking a Maintenance and Reliability Supervisor for the third shift. You will supervise a team responsible for maintaining capacity utilization and quality in a high-hazard process environment.

The role requires a related bachelors degree or equivalent experience, at least one year in maintenance, and preferred exposure to ammonia refrigeration and wastewater treatment. On-site work at PA Camp Hill with opportunities to lead contractor partners and drive

• One year of supervisory experience

• Experience working with a wastewater pre-treatment process or wastewater process

Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment strategy for assets to contain high-hazard processes
• Improve operations efficiency while complying with codes and standards
• Assist integration of contractor partners and equipment support to plant team
• Collaborate with regional/global leadership on best practices
• Develop and track area operations budget
• Make personnel decisions on hiring and performance
