Job summary

Cargill, Inc. seeks a Special Starch Supervisor to provide strategic operational oversight for production and processes at a plant or multiple plants. You will ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while driving financial performance and operational efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or related field) and at least four years of experience, with preference for Lean Six Sigma and Process Safety Management knowledge. Supervision experience is expected.

Qualifications
