Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform light building and facility maintenance and repairs.
• Conduct routine grounds and lot maintenance to ensure a clean and professional appearance.
• Clean sidewalks, entryways, and common areas.
• Perform snow removal and operate snow-plowing equipment during winter weather events.
• Identify and report facility maintenance needs to management.
• Move and position trailers each morning as operational needs require.
• Perform light truck and trailer repairs and maintenance.
• Jump-start vehicles and equipment as needed.
• Conduct basic forklift inspections and general maintenance.
• Assist with maintaining company vehicles, trailers, and equipment in safe working condition.
• Assist warehouse personnel with daily warehouse operations as needed.
• Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment safely.
• Load, unload, move, and organize inventory and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Flex into warehouse operations during peak periods or staffing needs.
• Occasionally assist field crews with operational projects and assignments.
• Support moving, relocation, or logistics operations when needed.

The Role:

We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Maintenance and Facilities Support Associate to support the maintenance and daily operations of our facilities, grounds, equipment, and warehouse. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and takes pride in maintaining a safe, clean, and operational environment. The successful candidate will assist with facility upkeep, grounds maintenance, snow removal, basic equipment repairs, forklift maintenance, and warehouse support. Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds regularly.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Comfortable working around warehouse equipment, vehicles, and maintenance tools.
• Ability to safely perform snow removal and grounds maintenance tasks.
