Job summary

SkyWest Airlines is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant in the Maintenance Department. This role reports to the Maintenance Manager and provides essential operational and administrative support to the maintenance base.

The position involves assisting the Maintenance team with projects, performing data analysis, auditing, and maintaining filing systems. It requires proficiency in Word/Excel, data entry, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of 10-key operations.
• Strong data entry experience.
• Adequate typing and basic math skills.
• Highly motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform under pressure.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Maintenance team with a variety of projects and daily operations.
• Performs data analysis and supports report creation.
• Conduct auditing and ensures accurate record-keeping.
• Maintains organized filing systems (electronic and physical).
• Answers and routes incoming telephone calls professionally.
• Completes additional administrative duties as assigned by the Manager of Maintenance.
