Job summary

Primary Job Duties

SkyWest Airlines is pleased to announce a full-time Administrative Assistant position within the Maintenance Department. This role reports to the Maintenance Manager and provides essential operational and administrative support to the maintenance base.

• Assists the Maintenance team with a variety of projects and daily operations
• Performs data analysis and supports report creation
• Conduct auditing and ensures accurate record-keeping
• Maintains organized filing systems (electronic and physical)
• Answers and route incoming telephone calls professionally
• Completes additional administrative duties as assigned by the Manager of Maintenance

Minimum Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Knowledge of 10-key operations
• Strong data entry experience
• Adequate typing and basic math skills
• Highly motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform effectively under pressure
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others

Physical And Other Requirements

• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
• This is a full-time position starting at $15.75 per hour
• This is not a Department of Transportation safety-sensitive position
