Job summary

SkyWest Airlines is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant in the Maintenance Department to provide essential operational and administrative support to the maintenance base. The role reports to the Maintenance Manager and involves assisting the team with projects, data analysis, and record-keeping.

Ideal candidates should be proficient in Word and Excel, comfortable with data entry and multitasking, and capable of independent work under minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of 10-key operations.
• Strong data entry experience.
• Adequate typing and basic math skills.
• Highly motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform effectively under pressure.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Maintenance team with a variety of projects and daily operations.
• Performs data analysis and supports report creation.
• Conduct auditing and ensures accurate record-keeping.
• Maintains organized filing systems (electronic and physical).
• Answers and route incoming telephone calls professionally.
• Completes additional administrative duties as assigned by the Manager of Maintenance.
